As Leader incurs a cost for travel, meals, training venue, accommodation & the trainer’s time, we respectfully request that all parties wishing to partake in training presented by Leader, honour these terms of cancellation.

Leader understands and appreciates that certain events are unforeseeable, and we endeavour to assist with rescheduling training requests as far as possible.

Please do however note our full terms and conditions for training cancellation as below:
All training courses will be invoiced prior to the course being held and must be paid for prior to the date of the training.
In the event of cancellation of the course by the client, Leader reserves the right to charge the full amount or any partial amount of the training cost. A full refund will be provided on the course fee, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 working days prior to the course date. A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled within 7 working days of the scheduled training.
In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date.
