Expired3CX Basic Training – Webinar
The 3CX Basic Certification course consists of eight modules all of which are fundamental to be able to correctly setup and configure your PBX. In a nutshell, they cover the basic concepts of getting 3CX up and running as well as basic troubleshooting techniques and will ultimately prepare you for the next stage; the 3CX Intermediate Certification.
This training will be delivered via an interactive webinar session including live demonstrations with a 3CX instance and handsets. At the conclusion of each module there will be a Q&A session with attendees. There will be breaks between modules for morning & afternoon tea as well as lunch.
