Leader Academy is closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and our actions are being informed by the latest advice from Australian health authorities. Our online webinars and training are continuing and classroom training will become available as state-based travel restrictions ease.

  • Leader Academy will deliver content online where possible however some vendor certification training can only be delivered in a classroom setting.

 

  • Leader Academy will resume classroom training in South Australia starting in July 2020. Travellers coming to South Australia directly from Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania are no longer required to self-quarantine for 14 days. Read the latest regarding travel restrictions for entering South Australia. From 1 July, anyone wanting to enter SA from interstate will need to complete a Cross Border Travel Registration.

 

  • Quarantine restrictions for other states and territories are planned to be eased on 20 July 2020. Leader Academy will schedule classroom training for other states starting from August 2020 however all course dates are tentative. If there are still travel restrictions in place for visitors from South Australia 2 weeks prior to the event then it may be cancelled or postponed.

 

  • All classroom training events will observe current social distancing guidelines, including (but not limited to):

    • Avoiding physical greetings (such as handshakes).

    • Selection and set up of training venues to observe recommended separation between attendees.

    • Providing hand sanitiser and face masks for all attendees.

    • Sanitising all training equipment after each training event.
